L'idea alla base di Ho'oponopono scaturisce dal significato stesso della parola, arrivata fino a noi dalla cultura Hawaiian . Translated Ho'oponopono means " put things in the right place ," or in simpler terms, to fix things.
Each of us has things to fix, and Ho'oponopono is not only a way to fix almost anything imaginable, but it is Even so user friendly that there is no reason not to take advantage of this technique so powerful. The basic concept behind
Ho'oponopono requires first of all realize the immutable truth that your whole life comes from within, not outside. John Assaraf has perfectly expressed this concept in his teachings in the movie The Secret. John says "there is no out there or in here," and this is the truth.
We are one with all things at all times. It can be hard for someone to throw down but it's true. We are simply extensions of the "energy source", which is the "thing" that the universe is made whole.
So if we are made of energy, and so we, based on quantum physics, we are all creators of their lives (and are), then the truth is just one and it is undeniable:
everything is created by ourselves!
Everything you see, hear, feel, smell, touch, think, remember, that will cause an emotional reaction, are all things that you have created. And yes, including the good things but also including the ugly ones. Each of these things exists because at some level you want to exist, and this brings us back to Ho'oponopono.
