Summing up this second edition ...

After four intense days of the festival "Among the rocks and the sky", and after several days of calm to rearrange the ideas it is time to take stock of what was this second edition.

The leap in quality that the event was evident and was incredibly quick. From a family-run festival, with lots of ideas at the base, but with very few resources they have in place we moved to a much larger demonstration by breathing, which can Vallarsa to convey in a large number of high profile personalities from all over Europe.

The response we got from the population of the valley as well as from local and provincial institutions have given us a new impetus and the belief that the project has a future ahead of him, and that starting from the next edition can take another step forward, opening new issues (the economy of the mountain) and extending the comparison to the whole world about what it means to live in the mountains. If the first edition was a preliminary test, the second was a dress rehearsal for what will in future be a manifestation of this kind, who wants to live events capable of catalyzing a lot of the public, as were the screening of "Kaiserjäger" or an evening of poetry, and events and highly specialized niche, such as the morning was devoted to toponymy. A festival that always wants to give a wider vision of life in the mountains, but it remained anchored in the same area that the houses close to the people of Vallarsa.
